Terms of Use of vegasplay.cz

Whoever opens vegasplay.cz enters into a relationship with its operator, and it is these terms that set the rules of that relationship. You can reach the website operator at contact@vegasplay.cz.

• Website stands for the pages at vegasplay.cz: an independent project that informs about the Fortuna Vegas brand and works as an affiliate site at the same time.
• User stands for every natural or legal person who reads the website or handles its content in any other way.
• Affiliate link stands for a link aiming at the pages of a gambling operator or of its business partner; a click on it can bring the website operator a commission.

On vegasplay.cz you will find overviews, reviews and news from the world of online gambling, mostly about the Fortuna Vegas brand. All of it is there for information only. Nobody provides gambling here, so the website operator is not an operator in the sense of Act No. 186/2016 Coll., on Gambling. A player account, a money deposit, a game or an identity check are not possible here.

What is binding during play is decided by the gambling operator, FORTUNA GAME a.s., IČO 43003575, Italská 2584/69, 120 00 Praha 2. It holds a licence from the Czech Ministry of Finance, and you can confirm this in the list of licensed operators that the MF ČR makes public.

The texts, graphics, structure, databases and source code of the website enjoy protection under zákon č. 121/2000 Sb., the Czech Copyright Act, as in force. Anyone who would like to distribute, copy or modify them beyond personal use must first obtain written consent from the website operator.

Relations around the use of the website are assessed under Czech law, above all under the Civil Code and the further rules that bear on them. Any dispute will be heard by the general court of the website operator in the Czech Republic.

If you are a consumer, you can also settle a dispute out of court. This is handled by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, seated at Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Praha 2, with details at www.adr.coi.cz. The European platform for resolving disputes online, whose address used to be ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, no longer works and does not take submissions.

The website operator may amend and supplement the terms on its own, at any time. A new version starts to apply when the website publishes it; following the current wording is the user's duty. By going on using the website after a change, the user shows agreement with the new wording.

Questions the terms do not expressly address are dealt with under the applicable laws of the Czech Republic. Should any provision prove invalid or ineffective, the rest of the terms stays untouched.
